My background is quite different from a typical baker, I was not a chemist, nor a connoisseur, but an accountant by trade.

Yes, an accountant and a good one too. I stopped working when my kids were born and cherished every moment of it, as I feel I have been given the greatest gift in life.

I picked up very fast that unlike me, my kids have a sweet tooth. With that came the next biggest challenge of my life, baking cookies, and the rest is history…

The craft of my work, is an edible art, rolled from scratch, baked in my kitchen and hand decorated with care, giving a special cookie for a special event - baked just for you!
